Here is a powerful statement and move by Netflix. So often we find ourselves caught up in the tech, bigger and better market share race and forget about the internal structure of a company/competitor. Given that women are vastly out-pacing men in digital consumption and adoption, Netflix’s move here is just another way of embracing their talent and more importantly keeping them. This is also another great stride forward instanding behind their “Kids First” initiative that has been so popular. Expect to see more companies following suit, if they want to stay competitive and keep their talent in-house.
